Terms & Conditions
The basis on which journey enquiries, quotations and confirmed services are handled.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
1. Scope
These Terms apply to enquiries and private transport arrangements made through Paris Rove, including airport transfers, chauffeur time, journeys in Paris, day trips and longer point-to-point travel. Additional written conditions in a quotation or confirmation form part of the agreement for that journey. If a specific written term conflicts with a general term on this page, the specific confirmed term takes priority for that booking.
2. Making an enquiry
You should provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight or train details where relevant, child-travel requirements and all planned stops. Paris Rove may request further details before confirming availability or preparing a quotation.
You are responsible for checking the confirmation and reporting an error promptly. A person arranging travel for others confirms that they are authorised to provide the necessary information and accept the agreed terms on behalf of the group.
3. Quotations and confirmation
A quotation is based on the information supplied and remains subject to availability until accepted and confirmed. It may be revised if the route, date, duration, passenger count, luggage, waiting requirements or other material details change.
The confirmation should identify the agreed service, date, pickup, destination or itinerary and price. Do not rely on an unconfirmed enquiry when making time-sensitive travel plans.
4. Prices and payment
The quotation will state the price and any payment requirements known at the time. Parking, tolls, admission tickets, additional waiting, extra stops, extended time and other third-party costs are included only when the written quotation expressly says so. Any required deposit, payment deadline, accepted method and balance arrangements should be confirmed before travel.
5. Changes by the customer
Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price. This includes a new pickup time, added stop, different destination, longer waiting period, changed passenger or luggage requirements, or a materially different itinerary. Notify Paris Rove as early as possible. A driver should not be expected to accept a material unconfirmed change during the journey.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation terms communicated with the quotation or confirmation apply to the booking. Refund eligibility may depend on the notice given, commitments already made and non-recoverable costs. If no specific cancellation term was provided, contact Paris Rove promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed before assuming that a refund or date change is available.
No-show, failure to provide usable contact details or failure to attend the agreed meeting point may be treated as a customer cancellation.
7. Airport and station pickups
You must provide the correct flight or train number and notify Paris Rove of known changes. Arrival time is not always the same as pickup time because immigration, baggage collection and terminal movement can vary. The confirmation should state the meeting arrangement and any included waiting period.
If a flight or train is delayed, reasonable efforts may be made to adjust the pickup, but availability cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Additional waiting charges may apply where stated or agreed.
8. Passengers, children and luggage
Passenger and luggage details must be accurate so suitability can be reviewed. Do not bring luggage or items that exceed the confirmed transport capacity. Requests involving children, mobility needs or other specific requirements must be communicated before confirmation. Availability of a particular seat, restraint or vehicle feature must not be assumed unless confirmed in writing.
9. Customer conduct and safety
Passengers must follow lawful safety instructions and behave in a way that does not endanger the driver, other passengers, the public or property. Smoking, unlawful items, abusive conduct or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal or termination of the service without liability for onward arrangements. Cleaning or damage costs caused by passengers may be charged where permitted by law.
10. Delays and circumstances outside reasonable control
Travel times are estimates. Traffic, road closures, weather, demonstrations, security controls, accidents, transport disruption and other events may affect the journey. Reasonable efforts may be made to reduce disruption, but Paris Rove cannot guarantee arrival at an exact time when circumstances are outside reasonable control. Customers should allow appropriate time for flights, trains, events and appointments.
11. Third-party venues and services
Paris Rove is not responsible for the opening, admission, cancellation, queues, accessibility or quality of museums, hotels, restaurants, attractions, airlines, rail operators or other independent providers. Transport confirmation does not include tickets, reservations or guided entry unless expressly stated.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to direct and reasonably foreseeable loss arising from failure to provide the confirmed service with reasonable care. Paris Rove is not responsible for indirect loss, missed opportunities or costs caused by inaccurate customer information, unconfirmed changes, third parties or circumstances outside reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Information supplied for an enquiry or service is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp or website forms.
14. Complaints and contact
If a problem arises, contact Paris Rove as soon as reasonably possible and provide the booking details and a clear explanation. Early notice may allow the issue to be addressed during the journey. Questions can be sent through the contact page or WhatsApp at +34 666 76 11 52.
15. Applicable law and updates
These Terms operate subject to mandatory consumer and transport laws that apply to the service and the parties. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision confirmed for a particular booking also applies. These Terms may be updated for future enquiries; the version published when a journey is confirmed will normally apply to that booking.
